Return Policy
‘MALLETTS’ is endeavoring to provide you with a quality service and product. If something is not right then please let us know.

We are happy to exchange or refund any item purchased on line, as long as it is received back with us, within 10 days of receipt however the following conditions do apply.

Please notify us by email within 5 days of receipt at orders@malletts.co.nz that you intend to exchange/return so we know which items are coming back or give us time to arrange an exchange if possible.

We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in return so please use a trackable method of return.

All items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached. Please include the original invoice that was included with your shipment.

Once the return has been received and approved to the above conditions we will, as per your instructions, refund the price you paid for the garments (excluding shipping costs), or exchange it. We will refund to the original credit card that purchased the goods.

Your rights under this returns policy is additional to the Consumer Guarantee Act 1993.
